First place winners at the state meet will have their results compared with other first place winners from Colorado, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Manitoba (Canada) and Saskatchewan (Canada).

• To ensure fair representation, a minimum of five finalists will be selected from each state/province.
• Those who do advance will receive an all-expense paid trip to Hershey, Pennsylvania for the North American Finals, August 6, 2011.
• Only those who qualify for the North American Finals will be notified.
